Description
The ProbeSeq Creatine Kinase-MB (CK-MB / CKM) mRNA LAMP Primer Set is a ready-to-use six-primer architecture engineered for fluorescence-based loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) targeting CKM transcripts. This product supports research-use molecular cardiology applications, including myocardial injury studies, cardiac enzyme expression research, and integration into rapid isothermal amplification systems.
Creatine Kinase-MB (CK-MB) is a cardiac-associated isoenzyme historically used as a biomarker of myocardial infarction and cardiac muscle injury. While commonly assessed at the protein level, transcript-level detection of CKM provides additional insight in experimental cardiac models, ischemia-reperfusion studies, and molecular injury pathway investigations.
This primer system is structured to promote stable amplification kinetics under isothermal conditions while supporting consistent fluorescence signal development. Primer architecture is optimized to minimize non-specific amplification artifacts and to ensure compatibility with fluorescence-based detection systems.
