The ProbeSeq Amyloid-Beta (Aβ) Nanobody is a recombinant single-domain antibody (VHH) engineered for high-affinity and selective binding to human amyloid-beta peptides, including aggregation-associated forms involved in neurodegenerative disease pathology. This nanobody supports research-use assay development, neurodegeneration biomarker detection, and advanced biosensor integration.

Amyloid-beta accumulation and aggregation are hallmark features of Alzheimer’s disease and are widely studied in neurodegenerative research. Detection of soluble and aggregated Aβ species is critical for disease mechanism studies, therapeutic development, and early diagnostic technology development.

Derived from camelid heavy-chain antibody architecture, this nanobody consists of a single monomeric VHH domain (~15 kDa) providing strong antigen recognition, rapid binding kinetics, and exceptional structural stability.
