The ProbeSeq Cancer Antigen 125 (CA125 / MUC16) Nanobody is a recombinant single-domain antibody (VHH) engineered for high-affinity and selective binding to human CA125, a large transmembrane mucin glycoprotein widely used as a tumor-associated biomarker. This nanobody supports research-use diagnostic assay development, oncology biomarker detection, and advanced biosensor integration.

CA125 is a clinically validated biomarker extensively used in ovarian cancer detection, disease progression monitoring, and therapeutic response assessment.
