Description
The ProbeSeq EGFR Mutation Panel LAMP Primer Set is a mutation-targeted six-primer architecture engineered for fluorescence-based loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) of key EGFR hotspot variants. This panel supports research-use molecular oncology applications, including lung cancer mutation research, liquid biopsy assay development, and decentralized isothermal amplification platform integration.
EGFR mutations such as L858R, T790M, and exon 19 deletions are among the most clinically relevant oncogenic drivers in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Rapid and selective detection of these variants is critical in translational oncology research and therapeutic resistance studies. Isothermal amplification technologies such as LAMP provide a simplified alternative to PCR-based workflows, enabling mutation detection without thermocycling instrumentation.
This primer panel is structured to promote selective amplification of target mutant sequences under isothermal conditions, supporting fluorescence-based signal monitoring while reducing amplification of wild-type background sequence.
What’s Included
Each mutation configuration contains a complete LAMP primer architecture:
-
F3 and B3 outer primers
-
FIP and BIP inner primers

-
Combined multi-mutation panel
Primers are individually labeled and supplied with sequence documentation for research traceability.
Target Strategy
The primer architecture is designed to support:
-
Preferential amplification of selected EGFR mutant variants
-
Reduced amplification of wild-type EGFR sequence
-
Compatibility with fluorescence-based detection systems
Target regions are selected based on mutation frequency and translational oncology relevance.
