The ProbeSeq Epithelial Cell Adhesion Molecule (EpCAM) mRNA LAMP Primer Set is a ready-to-use six-primer architecture engineered for fluorescence-based loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) targeting EpCAM transcripts. This product supports research-use molecular oncology applications, including circulating tumor cell (CTC) research, epithelial tumor biology studies, and integration into rapid isothermal amplification platforms.

EpCAM is a transmembrane glycoprotein overexpressed in a wide range of epithelial-derived malignancies, including breast, colorectal, pancreatic, and lung cancers. It is widely used as a marker for circulating tumor cell detection and tumor burden research. Nucleic acid–based detection of EpCAM transcripts is increasingly relevant for translational oncology workflows and liquid biopsy assay development.

This primer system is structured to promote stable amplification kinetics under isothermal conditions while enabling reliable fluorescence signal development.
