Description
The ProbeSeq Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) LAMP Primer Set is a ready-to-use six-primer architecture engineered for fluorescence-based loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) targeting conserved genomic regions of HCV. This product is intended for research-use molecular detection, rapid assay development, and integration into decentralized nucleic acid amplification platforms.
HCV remains a major blood-borne pathogen of global health significance and a key target for molecular detection research, particularly in the development of rapid, simplified testing technologies. LAMP enables nucleic acid amplification at a constant temperature, eliminating thermocycling requirements and supporting portable, low-infrastructure assay concepts.
