Description
The ProbeSeq HER2 (ERBB2) Amplification LAMP Primer Set is a ready-to-use six-primer architecture engineered for fluorescence-based loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) targeting genomic regions associated with ERBB2 (HER2) amplification. This product supports research-use molecular oncology applications, including HER2 copy number research, translational cancer studies, and integration into isothermal amplification platforms.
HER2 (ERBB2) amplification is a clinically significant genomic alteration observed in breast, gastric, and other solid tumors. Detection of HER2 copy number changes plays a critical role in oncology research, therapeutic stratification studies, and biomarker development. Isothermal amplification technologies such as LAMP offer simplified workflows compared to conventional PCR-based methods and enable rapid amplification under constant temperature conditions.
This primer system is structured to support amplification of ERBB2 genomic targets associated with amplification events, enabling fluorescence-based detection while maintaining stable amplification kinetics and minimizing non-specific signal generation.
What’s Included
Each set contains a complete LAMP primer architecture:
