The ProbeSeq IDH1 (R132H) Mutation LAMP Primer Set is a mutation-specific six-primer architecture engineered for fluorescence-based loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) of the IDH1 R132H hotspot variant. This product supports research-use molecular oncology applications, including glioma mutation research, liquid biopsy assay development, and decentralized isothermal amplification platform integration.

The IDH1 R132H mutation is one of the most clinically significant alterations in diffuse gliomas and is widely used in molecular tumor classification and translational research studies. Rapid mutation-specific detection technologies are increasingly valuable for streamlined research workflows and portable molecular testing concepts.

This primer system is designed to preferentially amplify the R132H mutant sequence under isothermal conditions, enabling fluorescence-based detection without thermocycling instrumentation. Primer architecture has been optimized to support selective amplification kinetics and stable fluorescence signal generation while minimizing amplification of wild-type background sequence.
